Me and my friends are doing secret Santa in our homeroom and making Christmas cards for whoever we decide needs a little Christmas cheer. We even got asked to make cards for war veterans!

I was cleaning my apartment this Saturday and had two bags of trash to take to the dumpster. As I was heading to it, I noticed there was a trash bag outside of one of my neighbor's door. I thought about taking it for them and throwing it, but just kept walking (bc I felt too shy to do it). So then I go back to my apt (with by bags still in my hand), pretending I forgot something and pass that bag again. On my final way to the dumpster I quickly pick up the bag and just run to my car, put them in, drove to the dumpster and threw it all away! haha!!
To be honest, I felt like I was stealing something LOL I was afraid that they were going to yell at me or get mad at me. :D But I wasn't caught-and they got their trash thrown, so that's good!!

God bless y'all!!

The other day was getting ready to go in grocery store and over heard this little boy asking his mother for some change to ride the horse outside. She replied she didn't have any. Without a thought I grab a hand full which I always keep in my vehicle and gave it to the mother for her child and said Merry Christmas and Bless you. The mother thanked me but look on that little boys face was thanks enough.

my sister norma and my brother-in-law chris have made every christmas for my grandchildren extra special by not just giving them things they wouldn't have otherwise but by just being here for them all the time. christmas is all year for my grandkids because of all they do. my sister sends them valentine cards and other holiday cards. one of the best presents my grandson got was cami's from his uncle just like our troops wear. they have been kind to all of us and they never expect anything in return. they are the best and we love them so much.

Every Christmas, we go around to the local church and help bake Christmas treats for the church Christmas gathering. We also donate new gifts for the people that can't afford to get Christmas presents. We also donate clothes that don't fit us anymore. My family and I make Christmas cards and give them out to the locals attached with a candy cane. We volunteered to help clean up the streets and help decorate the community giving tree.

Each Christmas we put on a free computerized Christmas light show to give back to all the families in our community. We take free pictures of children with Santa in his sleigh, greet all the cars with candy canes and the church in our small town passes out free refreshments. We also have a veterans memorial with flags and crosses which bear the names of veterans who gave the lives for their country so others remember those who protect and serve our country. We have special songs which tell about our greatest gift, our children. Our website is www.sharpsvillelights.com. This is our way of practicing "Pay It Forward".

I buy Christmas ornaments, wrap them, attach a tag that says "Merry Christmas from Santa" then leave them on the door steps of random houses in our neighborhood. I've been doing it for years and was only "caught" once by the homeonwner. I have to admit, I didn't think of the idea my self, someone did it for me years ago and I've just adopted the tradation. Come on, who doesn't love a surprise gift from Santa!

Well I happened to go to the Windsor Christmas parade and gave money to the crew hosting it. I gave a sweater to a homeless person and treated a couple of the crew that I saw to Tim Hortons afterwards. If you want to see the Christmas parade, view it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1OXprrvjxEo and part 2 at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NZlFdn3JVxU. Thank you. I really enjoyed reading about all of the kind things you've all been doing. It's really heart-warming.
